Your General Practitioner can refer you to any one of the below mentioned Hospitals: 1 Ashford & St. Peter's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Chertsey, Surrey 2 The Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford 3 The Runnymede Hospital, Guildford Road, Chertsey Surrey as a Choose & Book Patient 4 The Woking Nuffield Hospital, Shores Road, Woking Surrey as a Choose & Book Patient 5 The Princess Margaret Hospital, Windsor as a Choose & Book patient What is Choose & Book Service. GP's are encouraged to refer patients to a specialist's using this method. It gives patients a choice of being seen as an NHS patient in the Local NHS Trust or Local Private hospitals as NHS patients.
